Janina Nemitz is a Manager at Valucor with in-depth experience in the Swiss healthcare and health insurance market. She has held various positions at health insurers, industry associations and in projects with a regulatory focus, and brings a deep understanding of insurance economics and the institutional framework.

Her work is characterized by a strong quantitative focus – particularly in data analysis, modelling and economic evaluation. She has taught statistics and econometrics at university level and is currently completing the actuarial qualification program of the Swiss Association of Actuaries (SAV).

Janina Nemitz is involved in the implementation of SST, ORSA and Solvency II in the life insurance sector as part of Valucor’s mandates for the responsible actuary. In addition, she contributes her expertise to advising health insurers on premium calculation, reserve valuation, and the application of the KVG solvency test.
