Olivia Gradenwitz is the Deputy CEO at Valucor. She has strong leadership and project management skills and is a qualified Swiss actuary with a focus on life and health. Olivia Gradenwitz has over 16 years of experience in advising and auditing national and global (re)insurance companies in the life, health and P&C section for Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Her expertise includes various actuarial topics in the implementation of responsible actuarial and consulting mandates, in particular the calculation of provisions, KVG solvency test, SST, ORSA projections and Solvency II capital requirements. Thanks to her many years of auditing, she is also intimately familiar in actuarial accounting for various national and international standards (US GAAP, IFRS such as IAS 19 and IFRS 17) as well as local STAT and GAAP standards in Switzerland and Europe.
